Encrypted connections
Every connection to Kluvan is encrypted (TLS).
One organisation, one walled space
Each organisation's data is kept apart from every other organisation's on the server side.
Encrypted files
Accounting attachments and HR document scans are encrypted with a key per organisation, and every opening is logged.
Secrets stay secret
Passwords and provider credentials you give us are stored encrypted and never written to logs.
Sign-in
Sign in with a one-time code sent by e-mail; add a second step with an authenticator app.
Rights per person
Give each person only the rights they need. Salaries stay hidden from anyone without the payroll right, and money actions can need a second person's approval.
Activity log
Who did what, and when, is kept on the activity log for 13 months.
Backups
Daily backups, kept for 35 days.
Support access you control
Our support staff can help without a code only for simple things, every change is logged and e-mailed to you, and you can switch it off.
Leaving
Export your lists and reports at any time. When you delete your account, every kind of record is erased.
