1. Publish opening to your careers page
Create an opening with custom stages, scorecard questions and Studio fields, and publish it to your public careers address.
2. Screen CVs & schedule Bookings interviews
Review incoming CVs and schedule 1–6 interviewers; Kluvan prevents clashes and blocks their Bookings calendar.
3. Collect scorecards & send offer link
Each interviewer submits their scorecard; generate an English, Arabic or Urdu offer PDF and private acceptance link.
4. Click Hire → Employee in HR
Once accepted, click Hire to create the employee in HR with their CV, offer letter and onboarding checklist attached.

Common questions answered
Do we pay extra for Recruitment?
No. Recruitment is included with the HR app (including on the Forever-Free HR Starter plan and in Kluvan One).
Can sales or CRM users see job applicants’ CVs and salary expectations?
Never. Candidate records are strictly isolated from CRM contacts, and salary bands/offers are hidden from anyone without the recruitment salary permission.
What happens to rejected candidates’ CVs and personal data?
Recruitment tracks each applicant’s consent and automatically erases their personal data and CV after your configured retention period (12 months by default, or 24 months if they opted into future openings).
