Common questions answered
Can the person who fixed a quality issue verify and close their own CAPA?
No. Quality enforces strict four-eyes verification: neither the owner of the Non-Conformance nor the person who marked the corrective action done is allowed to verify it.
What happens automatically when a warehouse receiver rejects damaged items on a Goods Receipt?
Any rejected quantity on an incoming Goods Receipt fails the inspection and can automatically open a Non-Conformance linked to that supplier and purchase order.
Do mobile inspections work in warehouses or sites without Wi-Fi?
Yes. Inspections and their attached photos save locally on the phone when offline and submit idempotently once connectivity returns.
