No. One accounting or implementation firm is included free on every Kluvan plan (including the Forever-Free Starter plans), and the firm’s staff never consume your seats.
Can our accountant see employee files if we only want them to check payroll totals?
Yes—you can set the HR scope for your accounting firm to “Payroll-Only”, or set any other area to Read-Only or None.
Can we revoke our accountant’s access if we change firms?
Yes. The organisation owner can change scopes or revoke a firm’s access with immediate effect in one click, and inspect the 400-day accountant access log anytime.
