No. You can send unforgeable, expiring signed links over WhatsApp or email so suppliers can submit RFQ prices or confirm/revise a PO with zero login. If you want deeper collaboration, you can also grant them a free Supplier Portal account.
What happens if a supplier invoice has a higher price or quantity than what we received?
The 3-way match engine blocks automatic posting and places the invoice in the Exceptions Queue, where finance can dispute it, return it, or approve an accepted variance.
Does Procurement handle suppliers whose prices already include VAT?
Yes. Procurement supports both VAT-exclusive and UAE/Egypt VAT-inclusive supplier pricing, extracting the exact recoverable input VAT when posting the bill to Books.
Can the AI price-list reader accidentally overwrite our stock quantities?
